Google Services Usage Policy
The Bonfero System allows users to integrate with Google services, specifically Google Calendar and Google Contacts, to synchronize data between
these services and our system.
1. Scope of Integration
Google Calendar
• Bonfero enables two-way synchronization of events between the System and Google Calendar.
• For each Staff Member created in Bonfero, a separate calendar is automatically created in the user's Google account upon connection.
• Users can edit, create, delete, and manage calendars and events both in Bonfero and directly in Google Calendar.
Google Contacts
• Bonfero enables two-way synchronization of customer contacts between the System and Google Contacts.
• Synchronized contacts are labeled as “Reservations – Bonfero” within the user’s Google account.
• Users can edit, delete, or add these contacts from either Bonfero or their Google account.
2. Security and Privacy
• Access to Google services is exclusively secured through the OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
• Bonfero only accesses the data that the user explicitly grants permission for during the authorization process.
• Data obtained through Google API integration is not used for marketing, analytics, profiling, or shared with third parties.
• Synchronized data is stored solely for the purpose of providing the specific functionality and only for the time necessary for the service operation.
3. Revocation of Access
• Users can disconnect their Bonfero account from Google services at any time via their Bonfero account settings.
• Disconnecting Google services will not affect the functionality of the Bonfero System, except for the synchronization features.
• Users can manage their permissions at any time via their Google account at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
